The following Development Permit was approved in accordance with Land Use Bylaw 2-2018:
Persons wishing to appeal this decision must do so by filing a written “NOTICE OF APPEAL” to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB), Box 490, TWO HILLS, Alberta, T0B 4K0, together with the (partially refundable) appeal fee of $300.00 no later than July 15, 2024 at 4:00 pm.
